The Villa, elevating the luxurious surfacing of the iconic building with Halmann Vella’s masterful craftsmanship

Halmann Vella, has recently completed a remarkable project at The Villa, Balluta Bay. The project consisted of the refurbishment of the Oka’s and Rosami Restaurants, two of the most prestigious dining venues in the area.

The Halmann Vella team was tasked with creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, in keeping with the grandeur of the surroundings.

The external bar top at Oka’s was crafted from Infinity Terrazzo Grey MA03, a high-end surface that is prized for its beauty and durability. With its seamless design and elegant detail, Infinity is a particularly suitable material for bar tops. Halmann Vella recommended the Terrazzo Grey to create a sleek and contemporary bar top that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

One of the key features of the project was the use of Mirage Rail for the external raised flooring. The external surrounding area of The Oka’s bar, exude a sense of prestige and grandeur, perfectly complementing the magnificent views of the Balluta bay. Mirage is a porcelain stoneware that is renowned for its durability and versatility. It is also extremely attractive, with a distinctive pattern that adds depth and character to any space. The Mirage flooring is proof to Halmann Vella’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail and precision in the installation are evident in the flawless finish.

Halmann Vella has expertly replaced the old and dislodged landings floor at the main entrance stairs of The Villa, in Maltese hardstone. The intricate details of the Maltese hardstone showcase the company’s attention to detail and expertise in creating stunning architectural elements, elevating the overall luxurious atmosphere of the restaurant. The result is a stunning internal staircase that is both beautiful and functional, enhancing the restaurant’s overall aesthetic appeal.

In addition, Halmann Vella also refurbished the premises’ bathroom in brushed Alexander Grey marble, with AXA’s White Jam sanitaryware and ALPI’s Allen’ Mixer. The result is a classic and timeless bathroom that adds elegance and sophistication to this iconic building.

The exceptional quality of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail showcased by Halmann Vella in the Oka’s and Rosami Restaurants project is a testament to their unparalleled expertise in the industry. The stunning finishes and luxurious touches throughout the space are a result of the collaboration between Halmann Vella, Camilleri Paris Mode (designers), and Xara Collection (client). Together, they have created a truly remarkable space that exudes refinement and sophistication. Every aspect of the project is proof to the team’s commitment to excellence.

The mix of marble and ceramic throughout the Oka’s and Rosami Restaurants has transformed these spaces into elegant and sophisticated venues that are sure to impress diners and guests alike.
